I have been staying here for a month and have had a very positive experience. The cleaning is excellent, and the proximity to food options has been very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again my next time in Phoenix....
The rooms were nice, the beds were soft , the gym was great with a variety of equipment,nice area with plenty of options available, nice tv. Breakfast was good, confusing set up with you having four person occupancy and we said four but check in can only get two on the discount for staying there for breakfast and full price all others but overall a great stay.
Stayed here for a few nights. The front desk service was amazing. It was a busy day but they kept the line moving and served with a smile. The location is great too. Close enough for shopping and eating out
This is a nice clean Holiday Inn right by Goodyear Ballpark! We stay here every time we come for Spring Training.
Stayed here for a concert at state farm stadium. Good location and very nice room. During check-in, the staff was very nice and friendly. The day clerk was very nice as well. When we came back from the concert the night clerk on Friday was not polite. She was to busy on her phone. The maids were not that good. Asked one to clean our room, she did but took our dirty towels but didn't leave any clean ones.
We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day. Overall, a very pleasant experience we would definitely stay here again.
